A Transformative Experience at The Harr Family Ranch

An Invitation to Thrive

Single Moms Mindset Development is for mothers who are ready to grow in a faith-centered, growth-focused community. Many participants have faced difficult life circumstances, and we come together with openness, respect, and a shared commitment to moving forward. To maintain a supportive environment for everyone, participants are asked to engage respectfully and approach the program’s principles and materials with an open and willing spirit.

Where Single Mothers Come to Rebuild, Grow, and Move Forward

Single Moms Mindset Development is designed for mothers who are ready to invest in their growth and step into the next chapter of their lives. Through retreats and mastermind groups, women connect with others who understand their journey while building the mindset, accountability, and support needed to pursue meaningful goals for themselves and their families.

Empowering workshops & educational sessions

We believe in equipping single moms with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. Our retreat will introduce you to a wide range of workshops and educational sessions led by experts in various fields. After the retreat, we give you the opportunity to join weekly zoom call mastermind groups, where we set goals, and read books focused on bettering our future selves. From discussions focused on financial management and career development, to self-care and personal growth, we cover topics that directly address the challenges you may be facing. You’ll leave the retreat feeling empowered and armed with practical tools for a brighter future.

Strengthening Mindset & Personal Direction

Our retreat is designed to help single mothers pause, reflect, and refocus on the future they want to create. Through guided discussions, goal-setting exercises, and collaborative mastermind groups, participants develop greater clarity, strengthen their mindset, and build momentum toward personal and family goals. The experience is meant to equip women with the encouragement and structure needed to keep moving forward long after the retreat ends.

Professional networking opportunities

We understand the importance of professional connections and career advancement. During the retreat, you’ll have the chance to network with accomplished professionals who are eager to support single moms. Our mentors and volunteers come from diverse backgrounds and industries, offering valuable insights, guidance, and potential career opportunities. By connecting with these individuals, you can expand your professional network and open doors to new possibilities.

Rest, Reflection & the Power of Nature

The retreat is held at the Harr Family Ranch near Fish Lake, Utah, a beautiful and peaceful environment that allows mothers to step away from the demands of everyday life. Surrounded by nature, participants take part in meaningful conversations, team-building activities, and moments of personal reflection. Time spent outdoors provides a powerful opportunity to reset, gain clarity, and reconnect with both themselves and a community of women who understand their journey.

We recognize the incredible strength and resilience within single moms like yourself. Our retreat is a transformative experience that will empower you, provide valuable resources, and foster lifelong connections. As an official non-profit organization with 501(c)(3) accreditation, we are committed to supporting you, and that’s why our retreat is offered free of charge. Join us and embark on a journey of personal growth, self-discovery, and community building. Together, we can help you thrive as a single mom and create a brighter future for yourself and your children.

We look forward to welcoming you into our empowering community!

This retreat is the starting point—but the real growth continues afterward.

Please note: our program is Christian-based, but welcomes all. We’re seeking moms ready to commit to personal growth and community through our weekly mastermind calls. If you’re ready to grow in mindset, faith, and sisterhood beyond the retreat, you’re in the right place.

Capable of Managing Past Trauma & Triggers
Are you capable of managing past triggers and trauma in the following situations:

Commitment and Participation

Small Zoom mastermind groups, generally 3–5 members, depend on each person’s active commitment and participation.

Our minimum standards for participation include the following:

  • Be on time to attend a weekly ½ hour mastermind Zoom group meeting
  • Be present for an opening prayer and listen to a brief scripture citing at the end of each Zoom meeting
  • Purchase pre-selected motivational mindset books every 8–12 weeks and read 25 pages per week
  • Share insights from your reading with members of your group, citing specific page numbers
  • Create small progressive goals and work toward achieving them

If life becomes overwhelming and members of the mastermind group are unable to meet the minimum standards, they will be asked to take a break from the group in order to maintain the integrity of the group.
